2021 financial year: ORBIS consolidated financial statements preliminary result for 2021 – ORBIS significantly exceeds its sales expectations

ORBIS AG, the Saarbrücken-based software and business consulting company which is listed in the General Standard (and which transformed into ORBIS SE on February 17, 2022), increased its consolidated sales by approx. 15% to around €98 million in the 2021 financial year, according to preliminary figures that are yet to be audited. The Group has thereby significantly exceeded both the outlook it last published in its report on the first half of 2021 and market expectations: ORBIS had expected a single-digit percentage year-on-year increase in sales in the 2021 financial year, after the Group’s business was still partly impacted by COVID-19-related constraints. The preliminary operating profit (EBIT) is around €4.4 million.

The consolidated financial statements for the 2021 financial year are expected to be approved at the Supervisory Board’s financial statements meeting to be held on March 25, 2022.
