Resignation of Mr Thomas Gard from the Management Board of ORBIS SE

On Friday, 24 March 2023, the Supervisory Board and Mr Thomas Gard reached a final agreement that Mr Thomas Gard will resign as a member of the Management Board of ORBIS SE by mutual consent with effect from the end of 31 December 2023. Mr Thomas Gard will be available to the Executive Board in the usual manner until the date of his departure. A successor for Mr Gard is not planned at the present time. Provided that the requirements of Section 100 (2) No. 4 half-sentence 2 AktG are met, Mr Gard will be available to ORBIS SE as a member of the Supervisory Board from 1 January 2024.
