ORBIS expands expertise for SAP Sales Cloud and SAP C/4HANA through partnership with Callidus Software Inc.
ORBIS AG, an internationally active software and business consulting company based in Saarbrücken, and Callidus Software Inc. (CallidusCloud), a provider of a lead-to-money suite acquired by SAP, have agreed on a strategic partnership in the area of SAP's customer experience offering. The aim of this cooperation is to support customers in realizing end-to-end digital sales processes with the SAP Sales Cloud solution as part of their customer experience strategies.
CallidusCloud's lead-to-money suite complements the SAP Sales Cloud portfolio with solutions that help companies significantly improve their sales processes: for example, through efficient sales performance management with incentive and compensation programs or seamless workflows from configuration to pricing to quoting (Configure Price Quote, CPQ), including "Guided Selling" without technical hurdles.
As an "early adopter", ORBIS is expanding its consulting and implementation expertise in relation to SAP Sales Cloud and SAP C/4HANA through the partnership by adding competencies in the lead-to-money suite. ORBIS experts pass on this additional knowledge directly in customer experience projects. ORBIS customers thus enjoy the benefits of the lead-to-money solutions at an early stage and can derive business benefits that give them a competitive edge.
Thanks to the expanded range of consulting and solutions offered by ORBIS in the area of SAP Customer Experience and thanks to the synergies resulting from the cooperation, ORBIS will be able to tap new and additional sales potential in the future. With its competencies, ORBIS covers the entire customer experience process chain: from marketing, sales and service to complete multi-channel commerce and the targeted handling of customer data.
The partnership and future collaboration with CallidusCloud is an important building block for ORBIS to efficiently support customers with consulting expertise in realizing an innovative customer experience strategy with digital sales processes based on SAP Sales Cloud and the integrated Lead-to-Money suite. For the near future, ORBIS plans to expand its existing customer experience expertise through partnerships in the areas of SAP Service Cloud and SAP Customer Data Cloud.
