Concentrated expertise on CRM and contract lifecycle management with Microsoft: ORBIS and CRMFIRST enter into a strategic partnership

Saarbrücken / Hattersheim am Main, October 9, 2024 – ORBIS SE (an international software and business consulting company, and a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner) and CRMFIRST GmbH (a provider of proSUITE solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform), have agreed to enter into a strategic partnership. The aim of the cooperative relationship is to draw on concentrated expertise to support both existing and new clients, initially in the beverage industry, with a comprehensive range of Microsoft-based solutions with the digitalization and automation of their CRM and contract lifecycle management processes. 
 
The companies’ portfolios complement each other perfectly. ORBIS brings to the table its sector-specific, consulting and process expertise, not to mention best practices in implementing customer engagement projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, as well as in heterogeneous IT infrastructures (SAP / Microsoft). CRMFIRST has extensive expertise and many years of experience in developing innovative solutions for contract lifecycle, data protection and event management in the Microsoft environment and for implementing customized digitalization strategies.  
 
ORBIS can now expand ORBIS ConsumerONE, its CRM industry package for the consumer goods industry based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, to include the proCONTRACTS contract lifecycle management solution. With the proCONTRACTS I Beverage add-on, beverage manufacturers’ sales forces will also receive excellent support with extensive functions that are precisely tailored to the requirements encountered in the beverage industry for contract processes. With the comprehensive range of solutions that ORBIS and CRMFIRST are offering, beverage manufacturers and breweries can significantly enhance the effectiveness of their distribution processes, especially in the field, and significantly speed up the sales process, including contract processing. The time saved per contract alone averages 20%, while AI-supported automation reduces the error rate for repetitive contract-related tasks by up to 95%. Another major advantage is that work is carried out exclusively in a Microsoft environment (i.e. on a single platform) with consistent, high-quality data and a seamless user experience. 
  
But this is only the beginning. ORBIS is also planning to gradually expand the CRM industry packages it offers automotive suppliers, discrete manufacturing and the construction industry to include solutions from CRMFIRST’s proSUITE portfolio. The ORBIS IntegrationONE integration platform will also allow clients in future to implement end-to-end processes that are interoperable across systems between SAP and Microsoft in contract lifecycle management with proCONTRACTS. As almost all divisions in a company – Sales, Service, Purchasing, Logistics, Shipping and Finance – require contract data, and many clients use both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and an SAP ERP system, this is an invaluable advantage.
