As a sales manager, you are no doubt familiar with this challenge: many customers still use email for communication and save or exchange files via network drives or email attachments. When Microsoft Teams is in use, the connection to the CRM system is often missing. This leads to typical challenges:

  • Working with different programs and interfaces: Sales processes in CRM, files in File Explorer, emails in Outlook and task planning in Planner.
  • Different authorizations in different systems: Accesses for users are either too open or necessary authorizations are missing, which prevents access.
  • Distributed file storage: Files can be stored in email attachments, on network drives or as Notes attachments in CRM. A Microsoft Teams team in turn has no connection to the CRM, although Teams is very popular with users.
