Our new partner SmartApply provides a remedy here: SmartApply replaces the standard or “QuickApply” application form from SAP SuccessFactors with a modern, appealing and flexible application form. The drop-out rate is significantly reduced across all occupational groups, while at the same time the number of applications sent increases considerably. Germany's largest DIY store, for example, was able to increase its applications by more than 50% with SmartApply compared to the previously used “Quick Apply” application form, even doubling them in some occupational groups.
